Only the board members have access to the registry via personal encryption keys. The information stored in the registry is treated confidentially.
The member registry contains the following information:
Personal information:
- Name
- Nickname
- Municipality
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Year of birth
Member history: The dates of sending membership application, membership acceptance, changes to member information and membership fee payments.
Premises information: possible key occupancy and deposits.
Other information released by the member themself.
